**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients, addressing queries and providing timely updates
- Coordinate sales activities and follow-ups between clients and the sales team
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, client records, and documentation
- Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and product demos for the sales team
- Support the team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, operations) to support sales execution
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure all client communications are accurately logged

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
