Store Assistant

**Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- **Production Software Usage**: Utilize production software (PMS-Production Management System) to track inventory, generate reports, and coordinate with production schedules.
- **Stock Handling**: Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, tools, and finished products safely and systematically.
- **Order Processing**: Prepare materials for production, issue stock as per job requirements, and update system records accordingly.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain stock registers, invoices, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), and generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the production, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- **Loss Prevention**: Monitor stock movements to minimize discrepancies, theft, and damage.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Follow company policies regarding inventory handling, workplace safety, and quality standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2 years** of experience as a Store Assistant, preferably in a manufacturing/production setup.
- **Software Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with **PMS (Production Management System)**:

- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of stock management, material handling, and reporting tools.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication for reporting and coordination.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve inventory-related issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
