Job Summary The Store Executive will be responsible for managing inventory maintaining stock records ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supporting the production department by timely issuance and receipt of goods The role requires attention to detail accuracy and coordination with multiple departments Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials Supervise loading unloading and ensure proper storage of goods Prepare and update stock registers GRNs Goods Receipt Notes and issue slips Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system data Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions Coordinate with the purchase and production departments for material requirements Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requisitions as needed Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the store area Manage returnable and non-returnable materials efficiently Generate daily weekly monthly inventory reports Skills Competencies Knowledge of store inventory management processes Proficiency in ERP software or MS Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type Full-time Pay 23 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
