Solution Architect

**About**:
The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that align with the business requirements and technical standards of the company. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, defining the overall structure of the solution, and ensuring that it integrates seamlessly with existing systems. The Solution Architect will play a critical role in driving innovation and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of the company's technology solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Solution Design**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and development teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a solution architecture role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex solutions.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures.
