**Experience -** For Academic Counsellors (Teaching Assistants) - Minimum 2 years of experience required. Teaching/ training experience in Data Science is preferred

**Responsibilities**:
Own end to end students learning experience & outcomes
- Monitor participants’ academic performance and undertake learning interventions in the form

of remedial sessions, coaching and mentoring
- Collaborate closely with faculties to ensure that learning objectives are being met and learner

feedback or concerns are being addressed
- Be the first point contact for participants for academic queries and manage discussion groups

Drive excellence & quality of outcomes in Thesis projects & capstones
- Help students in identifying impactful problems for Thesis & Capstone projects
- Guide and mentor students on their thesis projects to ensure academic rigor, innovation and

high-impact outcomes
- Encourage and provide necessary assistance to students to help successfully publish their work

in reputed journals & publications

Collaborate with Faculty & Academic Operations team to create best in class learning material
- video, reading material, assignments, exams
- Design and conduct examinations to measure the learning outcome of participants
- Identify key emerging trends in the industry and maintain a rich reference material
- Assist program director and senior operations and academics managers in planning on-campus

sessions, preparing schedules, evaluation and grading
- Identify key reporting metric sand create dashboards to enable quick decision making

of specialization. You will collaborate closely with our network of academic & Industry

experts to ensure that the curriculum and content stays relevant and aligned to the latest

developments and emerging trends. You will own end to end responsibility for creating best

in class content across learning materials, case studies and assessments.
