SALARY :BASED ON EXPERIENCE
- **Programming**: Develop CNC (Computer Numerical Control) programs for VMC machines using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software based on engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications provided.
- **Tool Selection**: Select appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and fixtures for each machining operation, considering factors such as material, geometry, and tolerances.
- **Setup Instructions**: Create setup instructions and documentation for machine operators to ensure proper setup and execution of machining processes.
- **Optimization**: Optimize machining processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness, including tool paths, cutting parameters, and machining strategies.
- **Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot programming errors, tooling issues, and machine malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow.
- **Quality Assurance**: Collaborate with quality control personnel to verify dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and other quality criteria of machined parts, and make necessary adjustments to machining programs.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements, such as cycle time reduction, tool life enhancement, and waste minimization, and implement appropriate changes.
- **Training**: Provide training and support to machine operators and other team members on programming techniques, tooling concepts, and best practices for VMC machining operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX, CAMWorks) for CNC programming.
- Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling selection, and cutting parameters.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and conveying technical information.
- Experience with VMC machines and knowledge of various materials (e.g., metals, plastics) and their machining characteristics is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
