With this position we offer:
The product development team is responsible for the development and maintenance of Corporate Platforms Access, Authentication, and Administration for internal and external users of Nasdaq Corporate Platforms solutions. This role provides support for the product delivery leads, managing tasks for both internal and external customers and developing and maintaining product documentation and user guides.

Your role and responsibilities:
The Product Owner, role requires an individual with demonstrated strong analysis, writing and communication skills and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, changing environment across a globally distributed team. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

A typical day may consist of the following functions:
Administrative:

- Management of Internal request queue for feature enhancements
- Management of Jira backlog in coordination with PDL
- Understanding of the backlog of CP A&A features

Technical Writing:

- Development of product release assets for internal support teams
- Product/platform documentation: internal support guides, workflow diagrams, process overviews, FAQs
- Story writing for CP A&A features

Analysis:

- Client/user segmentation
- Feature usage reporting
- Product defect reporting
- Reconciliations between Salesforce and CP A&A systems
- Internal audit follow up activities
- Ad hoc report generation and analysis

PDL and internal stakeholder support:

- Gather and process feedback from internal support teams
- Engagement with client facing team members to ensure understanding of client feature requests and to provide regular status updates
- Definition of product feature requirements
- Maintenance of master file of user research questions/topics
- Jira queries & analysis
- Release management: tracking of follow up activities

We expect you to have:

- 2-4 years experience as a data analyst/Product Owner
- Technical writing experience
- Experience working across technical/internal and customer success teams.
- Data analysis: ability to aggregate and track data in search of trends and flags
- Ability to own end-to-end processes and prioritize within
- Strong Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
- Ability to learn quickly, dive in and become familiar with product features and functionality, and to anticipate questions
- Willing to communicate via any number of mediums, from Teams to in-person, verbally and in writing
- Working knowledge of JIRA & Confluence
- Bachelor’s degree

- Have experience supporting consumer or B2B software products
- Are interested in competitive intelligence
- Are familiar with governance solutions, investor relations, or ESG reporting
