**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and other resources.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels by monitoring stock, tracking consumption, and forecasting demand.
- Liaise with production and warehouse teams to align supply chain processes with manufacturing schedules.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Track and ensure timely inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation and dispatch.
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks or delays to avoid production downtime.
- Assist in vendor evaluation, negotiation, and development to improve cost efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure accurate documentation related to procurement, inventory, and shipment.
- Monitor key supply chain KPIs and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety norms.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in supply chain or logistics role in a manufacturing setup.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹8,828.83 - ₹19,930.94 per month
