Junior Purchase Executive

This position is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience in a Junior Purchase profile role and a passion for electronics & supply chain operations.
Responsibilities Place timely re-orders of products from suppliers.
Compare and evaluate supplier offers and negotiate pricing/terms.
Maintain accurate order records in internal databases.
Monitor stock levels & ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Coordinate with Accounts Team for the P2 P cycle and with Warehouse Teams for stock-in.
Support new product additions based on demand, market trends, and supplier inputs.
Identify cost-cutting & process improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams & provide support when required.
Inspect received items – carry out quality and quantity checks before acceptance.
Ensure proper stocking of items into bulk storage as well as running inventory.
Qualifications Diploma / B.
E / B.
Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Electronics & Telecommunication.
Must have basic computer & Good knowledge of MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi), team spirit, and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take responsibility.
Technically strong with an interest in electronics products.
Candidates with MOOCs certifications in MS-Excel, Data Analysis, Purchase, Inventory Management, SCM, or Six Sigma will be preferred.
Participation in Drone/Tech competitions will be an added advantage.
Strong project portfolio (college/company/personal) related to active/passive components, semiconductors will be highly valued.
