ey Responsibilities:
Perform sterilization, decontamination, and disinfection of medical instruments and equipment as per hospital policies.
Operate and maintain CSSD equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
Monitor and inspect sterilization and decontamination processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate documentation of all sterilization procedures and inventory records.
Ensure all medical equipment is properly sterilized and ready for use in patient care.
Follow infection control guidelines to maintain a sterile hospital environment.
Assist in training and guiding new staff members in CSSD protocols.

**Requirements**:
Diploma/B.Sc in Medical Technology or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in CSSD operations, sterilization, and infection control procedures.
Familiarity with autoclaves, sterilizers, and other CSSD equipment.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Ability to work efficiently in a hospital environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
