Job Title: Dance Teacher

School: Orchids International School, Yari Road Branch.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan and deliver dance lessons that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.

2. Instruct students in various dance forms, ensuring a well-rounded dance education.

3. Create engaging and age-appropriate dance routines for different skill levels.

4. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students' creativity and self-expression.

5. Organize and coordinate dance performances, recitals, and other related events.

6. Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular performances and assessments.

7. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to integrate dance into interdisciplinary projects.

8. Stay updated on current trends in dance education and incorporate innovative teaching methods.

9. Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress and involvement in dance activities.

10. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Dance or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a dance instructor, preferably in an educational setting.

3. Strong knowledge of various dance styles and techniques.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to the school's teaching philosophy.

6. Passion for fostering creativity and self-expression through dance.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
