Role: Dance Teacher (Females Only)

**Position Overview**:
As a Dance Teacher, your primary responsibility is to instruct students in various forms of dance, including but not limited to semi-classical, folk, contemporary, and hip-hop. Experience in teaching Western Dance Styles is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum to be understood and delivered to the students.
- Create mini-lesson plans referring to the curriculum plans provided.
- Incorporate diverse dance styles and techniques into students' learning.
- Teach dance techniques, choreography, and routines to students individually and in groups.
- Demonstrate proper form, movement, and expression.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students
- Prepare students for performances, recitals, and competitions.
- Keep track of student's progress, events, and tasks by the branch.
- Willingness to travel for outstation or local places of training.
- Submitting assignments and assessments regarding the provided curriculum.
- Collaboration: Work with other teachers on interdisciplinary projects and participate in school events.
- Extracurricular Activities: Lead or support dance clubs, events, competitions, and bands.

Classroom Management:

- Maintain a safe and organized learning environment.
- Enforce dance room rules and policies.
- Manage student behaviour and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding progress, schedules, and upcoming events.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a dance instructor in Western dance forms.
- Proficiency in various dance styles, with expertise in at least one style.
- Strong communication skills and passion for dance.
- Well-versed in Google
- sheets and technology.
