**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) solutions to enhance network performance.
- Oversee the configuration and management of Switching & Routing Cisco to ensure optimal network connectivity.
- Provide expertise in Software Defined Networks to streamline network operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions within the Hotels industry.
- Ensure the security and reliability of network infrastructure by implementing best practices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior team members on network technologies and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in network technologies and incorporate them into the companys infrastructure.
- Conduct regular network assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored network solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all network-related activities.
- Contribute to the companys overall technological strategy by providing insights and recommendations.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) with hands-on experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in Switching & Routing Cisco with a proven track record.
- Experience in the Hotels industry is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing environments.
- Proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of network security and reliability.
