Job Description;
Internal
1. Maintain appointment diary.
2. Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings.
3. Coordinate with HODs and employees for various action points.
4. Minute every internal meeting with relevant action points and follow up for actions.
5. Advice the boss on important organizational and strategic decisions as and when required.
6. Any other task assigned by the Chairman from time to time.
7. Google Calendar Day to Day wise arranging Meeting and studying session in the free time in Calendar.
8. Reminder of call back.
9. Day wise planning to Call & Mail, clients or prospects.
10. Previous meeting notes with any person, company, etc.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
