**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying potential sales leads and prospects through market research and targeted outreach.
- Support the sales team in conducting product demonstrations or presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, or product launches.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and new sales opportunities.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing sales data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including data entry, report generation, and meeting coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate with team members.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute new ideas.
- Prior experience or coursework in sales or marketing is a plus, but not required.

Duration: 12 months initially

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
