**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
**System Administration**
- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Maintain and customize standard and custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
- Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases and upgrades.

**Reporting & Dashboards**
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Monitor data quality and implement processes for data cleansing and deduplication.

**Process Automation**
- Build and maintain automation using Flows and DemandTools
- Support business process improvements through declarative tools, testing, and user s upport
- Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users across departments.
- Develop training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for new users.
- Act as the initial point of contact for Salesforce-related issues - ticket management

**Integration & App Management**
- Assist with integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain system documentation, including configuration changes and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
- Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Reports, Dashboards)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with data management, DemandTools and CRM best practices
