**Job Title: Videographer - Shorts/Reels & Event Coverage**

**Experience**: 1-3 years preferred

We are looking for a **creative and passionate videographer** to join our team, specializing in shooting and editing **short-form video content** (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) and **event coverage** (weddings, corporate events, product launches, etc.).

As a videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that tells a story, engages audiences, and enhances our brand/client presence across digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**
- Shoot, edit, and deliver engaging short-form content for social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
- Capture live events, including weddings, corporate functions, and promotional events.
- Set up and operate video, lighting, and audio equipment on location.
- Work closely with the creative/marketing team or clients to understand video requirements.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
- Ensure videos are optimized for social media formats and platform specifications.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and tone across content.
- Manage and organize video files and project backups.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in videography, especially short-form content and event coverage.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media video trends and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for event coverage.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.
- Knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing past work is **required**.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.
- Drone videography skills and certification (optional but preferred).
- Familiarity with photography is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
