Videographer & Graphic Designer

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Videography Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, promotional campaigns, events, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
- **Post-Production**:

- Edit video footage, add motion graphics, sound, transitions, subtitles, and other visual enhancements to deliver polished, professional content.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and tone across all video content.
- **Equipment & Management**:

- Operate and maintain video equipment, lighting, cameras, and audio gear.
- Recommend new tools or software to enhance production quality.
- **Trends & Innovation**:

- Stay up-to-date with current video trends, creative tools, and storytelling techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.

**Graphic Design Responsibilities**:

- **Content Design**:

- Ensure visual content aligns with the brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
- **Creative Concepts**:

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to brainstorm and execute innovative visual campaigns.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Create visual assets that are consistent across all platforms and campaigns.
- Adapt content for different media formats (print, digital, video thumbnails, etc.).
- **Design Software**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in videography and graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both video production and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Solid understanding of video shooting techniques, lighting, and editing workflows.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with color grading and video compression formats.
- Knowledge of photography and editing.
- Understanding of marketing principles and social media platform requirements for visuals.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
