**Penetration Tester / Red Team Specialist (Night Shift)**

This is a **night shift** position located in **Noida**, and you will be part of a dynamic team working on securing systems and infrastructure in real-time environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform red team exercises to simulate advanced attack techniques.
- Identify and report vulnerabilities, providing detailed assessments.
- Collaborate with security teams to remediate identified threats.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, attack methodologies, and tools.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing and red teaming.
- Strong knowledge of security, vulnerability assessment, and exploit techniques.
- Proficiency in tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, and similar.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

**Preferred Certifications (At least one required)**:

- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
- Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
- Certified Red Team Operator (CRTO)
- GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven track record of conducting successful penetration tests and red team engagements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience and certifications.
