An Ethical Hacker, or Penetration Tester, is a cyber security professional tasked with verifying the validity of a company’s electronic security measures. Their role includes a variety of responsibilities, including evaluating a system’s strength against breaches, identifying weaknesses and making improvements.

**Ethical Hacker duties and responsibilities**

Ethical Hackers have a long list of responsibilities that must be attended to to minimize the risk of network security breaches. These duties may include:

- Holding meetings to discuss the current state of a security system
- Researching the company’s network structure and locating possible weak points
- Conducting a series of penetration tests on the company system
- Identifying breach points and other flaws in the security system
- Assessing and rating a system’s risk factor
- Suggesting specific improvements to the system
- Creating reports on penetration test results
- Re-running penetration tests once security improvements have been made

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
