We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic **Student Counsellor** to provide emotional, academic, and career guidance to students in a supportive and nurturing environment. The role is pivotal in helping students navigate personal, social, and educational challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to support students' emotional well-being and personal development.
- Assist students in overcoming academic and personal challenges, including stress, anxiety, and relationship issues.
- Provide guidance on career planning, college admissions, and future academic paths.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to identify and address any learning or behavioral issues.
- Organize and conduct workshops or seminars on various topics, including study techniques, time management, stress reduction, and career exploration.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and follow-up activities.
- Offer crisis intervention support and referrals when necessary.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and care.
- Knowledge of mental health issues and their impact on student performance and well-being.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and other staff members.
- Familiarity with student development theories and career guidance techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
