Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee our presence on various e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra and others.
- Optimize product listings, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and optimized for search.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase product visibility and sales across different marketplaces.
- Handle inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date with platform policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and leverage new features.
- Manage customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Prepare regular reports on marketplace performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing D2C and E-commerce brands.
- Proven experience with multiple e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nyka, etc.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including product listing optimization, inventory management, and sales.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of Amazon Ads.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
