**Company Overview** We are a leading e-commerce solutions provider seeking a detail-oriented Catalogue Executive to manage product listings across multiple prominent marketplaces. **Job Location** Gurgaon **Job Type** Full-time **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end product catalogue creation and optimization for major marketplaces - Develop and maintain accurate product listings on: o Amazon o Flipkart o Myntra o Nykaa o Quick Commerce platforms - Create and manage bulk product template files with extreme precision - Ensure compliance with specific marketplace listing guidelines and requirements - Perform comprehensive product data entry and metadata optimization - Conduct quality checks and validation of product information - Manage product categorization and attribute mapping - Update and maintain product catalogs with current pricing and inventory information - Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure accurate representation **Technical Skills Requirements** - Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency - Experience with bulk upload templates - Understanding of XML, CSV, and other marketplace-specific file formats - Familiarity with marketplace SEO and product listing optimization techniques - Basic knowledge of product information management (PIM) systems - Proficiency in data validation and error correction tools **Marketplace-Specific Knowledge** - Comprehensive understanding of: o Amazon marketplace listing protocols o Flipkart product upload guidelines o Myntra catalogue management processes o Nykaa product listing requirements o Quick Commerce platform specifications - Knowledge of category-specific listing nuances - Understanding of marketplace algorithm requirements for product visibility **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field - 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce catalogue management - Proven track record of managing product listings across multiple platforms - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail **Technical Competencies** - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) - Data analysis and manipulation - Basic understanding of product taxonomy - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms **Soft Skills** - Exceptional organizational capabilities - Strong communication skills - Ability to work under tight deadlines - Methodical and systematic approach to data management - Quick learner with adaptability to new marketplace requirements **Performance Metrics** - Accuracy rate in product listings (>99%) - Timely completion of catalogue updates - Minimal marketplace rejection rates - Optimization of product visibility and searchability **Application Process** 2.
