**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop responsive designs using **HTML5, CSS3**, and basic **JavaScript/jQuery** when required.
- Convert design mockups (Figma/XD) into pixel-perfect web pages or WordPress themes.
- Customize and maintain websites built on **WordPress** — including theme modifications and plugin integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Optimize website layouts, graphics, and elements for performance and user experience.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Web Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a Web Designer or UI Designer in an IT company.
- Proficiency in design tools**:Figma**, **Adobe XD**, **Photoshop**, **Illustrator**.
- Strong front-end development skills in **HTML5**, **CSS3**, **Bootstrap**, and basic **JavaScript/jQuery**.
- Working knowledge of **WordPress** (theme customization, page builders like Elementor/Divi).
- Excellent sense of typography, color theory, and layout aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
