**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design and create visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive web interfaces.
- Translate client needs and branding guidelines into effective and engaging design concepts.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in web design.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).
- Portfolio showcasing previous web design projects..

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in web design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
- **Virtual Interview mode not allowed ( Google meet, Online virtual) only Face to Face interview will be conducted.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Web Designing: 1 year (required)
