**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services across digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company’s website and ensure it is optimized for user experience and performance
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using various tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimize user experience and ensure brand consistency
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO
- Support paid media campaigns including budgeting, strategy, and performance tracking

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Proven experience in a digital marketing or similar role
- Solid understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and major social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
