Hello,

We have a job opening for a Tele caller position in our Sales Department and we are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to fill this role. The primary objective of this position is to increase our sales by contacting both existing and potential customers. As a Tele caller, your responsibilities will include making appointments over the phone and addressing any inquiries regarding our products or services.

**Responsibilities**:
Answering phone calls and providing information about our products and services.

Contacting existing and potential customers using prepared scripts.

Gathering customer information and relevant data.

Asking questions to understand customer requirements.

Resolving product or service-related queries.

Recording all sales calls and deals.

Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

Regularly maintaining the customer database.

Suggesting solutions based on customer needs.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales role.

Professional certification in sales and marketing is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Efficient multitasking capabilities.

Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail.

Hardworking and reliable.

Good time management skills.

Strong decision-making abilities.

Ability to handle stress and pressure.

**Salary**: ₹9,306.46 - ₹43,269.36 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
