We are looking for a detail oriented skilled **Quantity Surveyor Executive** with experience in the field of interior fit out projects within an Design, Procurement, and Construction company. As a Quantity Surveyor Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing project costs, conducting quantity take-offs, coordinating with vendors, and supporting various aspects of project estimation, procurement, and cost control.

**Role & responsibilities**:

- **Quantity Take-Offs and Documentation**:

- Read AutoCAD drawings for the project and perform accurate quantity take-offs.
- Update the quantity take-off data in MS Excel format for cost estimation and project documentation.
- **Project Costing and Estimation**:

- Collaborate closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to assist in project costing activities.
- Work on project estimation budgets, feasibility studies, risk evaluation, and value management for project pitches.
- Support in the preparation of procurement strategies, tender documents, and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- **Vendor Coordination and Quotations**:

- Conduct site visits as required and coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations for materials, equipment, and services.
- Assist in evaluating vendor quotations and providing input on selection decisions.
- **Cost Management and Reporting**:

- Support in managing costs related to projects, from initial calculations during the concept stage to final figures at project completion.
- Assist in analyzing project outcomes, preparing progress reports, and valuing completed work.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with documentation requirements and arrange vendor bill certifications and payments.
- **Procurement Support**:

- Assist in the analysis of tenders and allocation of work to subcontractors.
- Support in coordinating with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, architects, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
- Assist in establishing client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies for projects.

**Requirements**:

- You have a diploma or degree in quantity surveying/ construction management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the interior fit out industry, preferably in an EPC company.
- Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and conducting accurate quantity take-offs.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit out materials, methods, and cost norms.
- Familiarity with project costing, estimation, and procurement processes.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or google sheets for data management and analysis.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- You are tech-savvy, and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives.
- You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
- You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
