Pune, India Aditi Tracking Support pvt Ltd Full time

**Job Profile**:

- Participate in the development of call monitoring style and industry best practices
- Monitor calls and report data and trends to the facility management team
- Gather and track individuals and team progress using a quality tracking data management system
- Manage and organize call sessions for call center employees
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
- To conduct regular Feedback sessions for Agents.
- To conduct calibration sessions with operations and training team.
- Providing trainings to agents on quality parameters, KRA's
- Generating daily, weekly & monthly Quality Reports.

**Quality Analyst Requirements**: A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree in Science or Healthcare related field.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Near Sangvi Phata, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
