Sales Executive

The primary focus of this role is to establish and achieve the expected growth of strategic product of IOT/Home Automation in line with the organizational objectives. The role is also responsible to branch and area heads to achieve sales target. Onboarding channels partners in various towns and cities across Odisha, organizing product training, setting goals, ensuring achievement, payout of incentives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proficiency in using various app in mobile, achieving set goal.
- Effectively launch, penetrate and establish Home Automation products in the region.
- Generate inquiries for IOT/HA products through effective business development initiatives.
- Achieve IOT/Home Automation (HA) Product targets across all new products through a focussed approach in all segments.
- Ensure targeted contribution of IOT/ HA products to the overall sales of the branch/region.
- Achieve regional business development targets enabling the region to achieve overall sales targets.
- Monitor and report relevant market and business intelligence like market development, competition analysis, pricing and strategies, etc.
- Liaison and influence specifiers and influencers resulting in approvals of the HA products.
- Build effective relations with major customers, stockists, agents, specifiers, etc. resulting in sales of IOT/HA products.
- Identify and meet new projects in the region enabling enquiry generation.
- Provide technical support on HA products to the regional sales team.
- Monitor and review sales and contribution of IOT/HA products to the overall sales of the region.
- Co-ordinate and liaison with all internal stakeholders like sales, technical support, marketing, etc. to provide relevant and customized solutions to the customer.
- Support and assist branch and area heads in achieving sales targets of IOT/ HA products.
- MIS and reporting as per organizational objectives and needs.
