**E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive**

**Job Summary**

We are hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused **E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive** to manage online order processing, customer interactions, and backend coordination with our production and delivery teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery.

**Key Responsibilities Customer Handling (Online Platforms)**
- Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints from various online platforms (e.g., Amazon, TataCliq, Website)
- Provide timely updates on order status, delivery tracking, and resolutions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication

**Order Processing & Fulfillment**
- Process incoming orders across platforms and coordinate internally for packaging and dispatch
- Ensure accuracy in order details including products, quantities, and addresses
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries

**Delivery Tracking & Issue Resolution**
- Monitor all dispatched orders and proactively track delivery status
- Handle return requests, complaints, and delivery exceptions
- Maintain records of delayed, canceled, or disputed deliveries and ensure timely follow-up

**Coordination with Internal Teams**
- Share daily order reports and delivery schedules with the production/packaging team
- Update internal teams about urgent or priority orders
- Assist in stock level monitoring and reorder planning in coordination with inventory teams

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/B.Com or related fields)
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or customer service roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic knowledge of order management systems and Excel
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon etc. is an advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
