**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and conversion rates.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall company goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Experience: 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Skills**:
Strong sales and negotiation skills
