**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant to join our ERP DevOps AMS project with JCI. The role focuses on providing technical and functional support for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, ensuring smooth system operation, issue resolution, and continuous enhancements. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices, provide support for financial processes, and optimize Oracle Cloud solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Support**: Provide daily operational support for Oracle Cloud Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) as part of the DevOps AMS project.
- **Incident Management**: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within Oracle Cloud Financials, ensuring mínimal business disruption.
- **Enhancements & Optimization**: Work with business users to gather requirements, design, and implement enhancements to Oracle Financials modules, ensuring optimal performance.
- **Configuration & Customization**: Configure and customize Oracle Cloud Financials to meet the business requirements of JCI, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Integration**: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle Cloud Financials with other systems, ensuring data flow accuracy and system consistency.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Design and build financial reports using Oracle tools such as Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View.
- **System Upgrades**: Assist in testing and validating Oracle Cloud updates and patches to ensure seamless upgrades and functionality post-implementation.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with functional and technical teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to align system capabilities with business needs.
- **User Training**: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users for Oracle Cloud Financials modules.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle EBS Financials.
- Proven experience working on Oracle ERP Cloud implementations and AMS projects, preferably within a DevOps environment.
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Financials configuration, support, and enhancements.
- Experience in Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, Agile frameworks, and AMS project structures.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- **Certifications**: Oracle Cloud Financials certification preferred.
