**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**SALES EXECUTIVES**
- Attend to all walk -in customers on showroom days as per roaster circulated monthly
- Attend to all phone enquiries within 1 hour of receiving the enquiry
- Conduct promotional events to generate enquires as per calendar
- Make cold calls
- Track prospects, by maintaining ETR and DCR
- To maintain lost sales report
- Follow up with customers post delivery within 3days and to ensure everything was satisfactory
- In case of any complaints or grievance, attend to the customers immediately, resolve the problem and to get the satisfaction letter within 3 days
- To book orders, by analyzing the needs of the customer.
- To deliver vehicle as per promised time
- To maintain high standards and to ensure customer satisfaction
- To sell accessories while booking car orders

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
