Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team at V Catapult, located in Tiruppur. This is a full-time role requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong CRM skills and a knack for digital marketing tools. The successful applicant will engage in various sales-driven initiatives to support our growth in the staffing and recruiting sector.


  • Qualifications and Skills Experience in lead generation and prospecting to efficiently find potential clients and develop a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to effectively close deals and maximize business potential in varied situations.
  • Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and streamline the sales process (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools to enhance online presence and engage customers effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Competence in data analytics to assess sales data and inform strategic decision-making processes.
  • Experience in account management to maintain and nurture client relationships to sustain long-term business growth.
  • Strong cold calling techniques to engage potential clients and generate new business opportunities from scratch.
  • Adaptability to industry trends, ensuring that sales strategies are relevant to current market dynamics and demands.


  • Roles and Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Present sales proposals and negotiate terms with potential clients to secure new contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and communications in the CRM system.
