**We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with 2-5 years of experience in architectural drafting, specifically in luxury interior villas or high-end residential projects. The role involves frequent travel between Lonavala and Mumbai to support design implementation and on-site coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD and relevant software.
- Work closely with architects, designers, and execution teams to ensure alignment with design intent and site conditions.
- Conduct site visits in Lonavala and Mumbai for measurements, progress checks, and technical coordination.
- Modify and update drawings based on project changes and client feedback.
- Maintain organized drawing documentation and assist with presentation materials when required.

**Job Expectations**:
**Requirements**:

- Hands-on experience in working with luxury villas or high-end residential interiors is a must.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design tools is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and interior finishes.
- Willingness to travel frequently between project sites in Lonavala and Mumbai.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.

**Preferred Traits**:

- A good eye for detail and luxury aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with custom design elements and bespoke construction methods

**Minimum Qualification**: 2-5 years of experience in architectural drafting

**Minimum Job Experience**: Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Civil Drafting.

**Reporting to**: HOD
