**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly and tech-savvy Customer Support Representative to help our customers. You’ll answer questions, solve basic technical issues, and make sure customers have a good experience with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help with questions and solve problems.
- Give correct information about our products or services.
- Keep a record of customer issues and solutions.
- Pass on tough problems to the technical team if needed.
- Learn about our products and updates regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Any graduate - B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc IT, or similar.
- Basic technical knowledge (computer, internet, software, etc.).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- **Freshers can apply.**
- Friendly, patient, and positive attitude.
- Able to work well in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
