**About the Role**:
We are seeking a friendly and solution-oriented **Customer Support Representative** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues related to broadband connections, service inquiries, and technical complaints to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Log and manage customer issues using the internal ticketing system
- Provide accurate information on services, plans, and technical support
- Coordinate with technical and field teams to resolve service-related issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
- Maintain daily logs, call records, and service feedback reports
**Requirements**:
- HSC or graduate in any field
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus
**Working Hours**:
10 AM - 7 PM (9-hour shift, 6 days a week)
