Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
- Coordination with vendors and customers
- Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.
- Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
- Techno-commercial analysis of tender and give feedback to
2 to 3 years experience is preferred for tender co-ordinator opening
- Online and offline bidding.
- Prepare and review of technical compliance.
- Attending Pre and Post Bid queries.
- Prepare, review and submission of techno-commercial offers.
- Follow-up with clients for Submitted Offers/Bids.
- Arrange the Tender Fees, EMD, and PBG for related tender, final tender documents with the checklist
