**Missions**:

- Controlling the electrical harness manufacturing process for on-time delivery to the customer and minimizing delivery delay
- Ensure the proper implementation of the MES project in Jemmal
- Prevent occupational health and safety risks
- Ensure that the EHS policy and objectives are established.
- Ensure that resources for health and safety at work are available.
- Ensure that the SM S& ST guarantees the desired result.
- Ensure a correct and complete transfer between the various posts
- Supervision of the work of his team on the different workplaces
- Achieve all the stated objectives (KSK packaging, stop time, absenteeism, etc.)
- Work closely and exchange information with different departments
- Filling the TFI table with daily production information and sending it to employees
- Pallet organization and transport preparation as well as system closure.
- Collaboration with the center (DRX User Service / 7x24) when processing the sudden system failure that will block the manufacturing process
- Daily control of customer orders.
- Control the quality of the interventions.
- Ensure the proper use of the MTO and MES-Eff production management software.
- Inform his / her supervisor of any problems involved in production.
- Establish an action plan for different failures during production
- Organize inspection and control tours of the electrical harness manufacturing process.
- Responsible for logistics environmental aspects
- Integrate occupational safety and health requirements into business processes..
- Ensure and promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure that the organization establishes and implements a consultation and worker participation process.
- Support the creation and operation of health and safety committees.
- Ensure the wedding process (cockpit / IR).
- Ensure the KSK transportation between Shipping area and Export area.
- Ensure the proper use of the AULA software.
- Achieve all stated objectives in warehouse 65 (Down time, absenteeism, Commission, Efficiency, MV...).
- Ensure the KSK transportation between warehouse 65 and production line.
- Stock monitoring in WRH65 in case of change of BG or Auslauf.
- Ensure changes Baugruppe in collaboration with other departments.

**Profile**:

- Higher Bac +3
- Expert in DRX Systems(MES, Aula, IPST, AVAS, HOST)
- Expert in Microsoft Office
- Expert in LEAN-Management
- Group problem solving: 8D, Q-Sys

Specialized knowledge / education:

- Knowledge in the field of wiring
- Know how to improve manufacturing processes
- English / French

Additional knowledge:

- Concept of Stock Management
- Know the environmental policy.
- Active participation in the reduction of environmental costs such as, energy consumption, water, paper, copper...
- Commitment to operational control over waste sorting, control of environmental aspects and response to emergencies

- Ensure that EHS policy and objectives are established.
