Your contribution?
- You would be expected to perform the following functions (although one must strongly bear in mind that this would evolve as the organization grows):

- Teach/engage children of different grades online on our platform as well offline in private and government schools.
- Engage with employees of different organizations online and offline as part of their culture circles.
- Create curiosity-inducing curriculum, content, and formats for school children.
- Create a learning environment in your online/offline classroom that requires you to spark interest, discuss, advise, teach, guide, and support children.
- Responsible for end-to-end coordination and logistics for online classes or at the assigned school for offline classes.
- Fulfil all QShala feedback, assessment, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate, review, and take responsibility of content/curriculum created by yourself and other team members.
- Liaising with parents on the progress of the children.
- Create content and design the QShala program across three categories of online/offline delivery amongst school students -Sub-Junior (1st to 3rd Grade), Junior (4th to 6th Grade) and Senior (7th to 9th Grade).
- Create content for school quiz, college quiz, corporate quiz and other quiz events.
- Create innovative new formats of content for audience engagement.
- Review and edit content created by team members.
- Train facilitators on the content created for delivery.

Who is this role ideal for?
- You are excited by the unique opportunity to teach and create curriculum for children, and to create a learning experience unlike any other.
- While we are not hard fussed about your educational qualifications, we would prefer that you have spent 2-3years in facilitation and/or content creation role.
- You have conduct quizzes before for children/adults through online or offline modes.
- You are comfortable working with and learning from children, sometimes forty at a time.
- You have worked at a start-up earlier and regularly dealt with ambiguity and firefighting.
- Strong process orientation and attention to detail.
- Self-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Team player, flexible and open to changing priorities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
