This is highly customer interfacing role that requires to support global customer 24x7 operations in a manufacturing environment.
1. Very good understanding of Day 2 operational process, various work flows in service delivery and support
2. Work with urgency, provide prompt responses to critical incidents, security issues, vulnerability tracking and management round the clock as required.
3. Manage and interface key customers, provide escalation management, handling incidents and provide timely updates to customer.
4. Hands on experience in troubleshooting complex routing and switching, security, DNS, DHCP, Load Balancers, Cisco ISE and WAN optimizers etc.
5. Work with various COE's during incidents, engage and escalate to provide quick workaround or fix during critical incidents that minimizes customer business impact, expedite the resolution within AT&T and our 3rd party vendors, provide detailed Root Cause Analysis and problem Management process support post incident resolution.
5. Work on operational service improvement plans, identify ongoing operational impacting issues, track and regularly update key customers on action plan and ensure fix in place in a time bound manner.
6. Also support projects, handling communication with key stake holders, very good risk management and mitigation.
7. Ability to work in a matrix managed environment, collaborate with internal as well as key customer stake holders in a multi vendor projects with high focus on successful deliverables.
8. Tracking End Of Life and End Of Support details from our OEM vendors and any vulnerabilities for both hardware and software for various platforms and provide regular reporting with clear remediation roadmap.
Minimum Bachelors Degree,
CCNA, CISSP, CISM, ITIL V3 foundation is required.
Strong routing and Switching Knowledge and troubleshooting skills,
Very deep understanding and knowledge of F5, Infoblox, Firewalls etc.
Good Project Management Skills
Strong Operations support experience and customer interfacing skills.
