We are seeking a motivated and experienced salesperson to join our furniture shop team. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing furniture products that meet their needs and preferences. You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and help them navigate the store to find the furniture products they need.
- Answer customer questions about furniture products, pricing, and delivery options.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their preferences and needs.
- Assist customers with furniture selection, measurements, and customization options.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Set up and maintain attractive displays of furniture products in the store.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and meet store objectives.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in furniture sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
