A Customer Service Associate in the retail industry is responsible for providing customers with a positive shopping experience. The CSA is expected to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer their questions, resolve their complaints, and assist with their purchases. The CSA should also have knowledge about the products and services offered in the store, and be able to make recommendations based on the customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting them with their inquiries, and resolving their complaints.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and keeping the store shelves and displays clean.
- Keep up-to-date with new products and services in the store, and make recommendations to customers based on their needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking shipments, conducting regular inventory counts, and ordering products as needed.
- Participate in store promotions and events, including setting up displays and distributing promotional materials.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 22 kg (50 pounds.)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
