Our client is one of the strongest brands in the Bakery category, having a 25000 sq ft state-of-the-art centralized manufacturing facility with European equipment near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The founding team consists of a ‘Master Baker’ from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, one of the finest culinary institutes in the world and an IIM-A alumni with a McKinsey background.**Responsibilities**:

- Update inventory visibility using planning tools and ensure accurate warehouse allocation.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet demand and minimize wastage.
- Track demand versus dispatch to ensure supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to plan city-wise demand for pastries, long shelf-life items, and bread.
- Calculate consignments and integrate ad hoc demand into production plans.
- Manage RPO and indent creation and ensure timely updates in CWO systems.
- Monitor supply chain performance through dashboards and KPIs, including FR% (Fill rate percentages) and PO trends.
- Analyze supply planning versus targets for all channels and highlight any variances
- Identify and resolve issues related to Fill Rate (FR).
- Track SKU- and warehouse-level wastage and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure alignment of stock levels with Days on Hand (DOH) targets.
- Conduct FG stock audits and provide recommendations for inventory improvements.
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers for production scheduling and procurement
- Ensure accurate raising of POs and monitor payment and ledger updates
- Perform warehouse aging analyses and provide insights for inventory turnover improvement.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor’s/master' degree
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations, inventory, or production planning.
- Proficiency in MS excel
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Experience with ERP systems and configuration.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset & Adaptability to handle dynamic supply chain requirements.
