6. Microsoft O365 Suite with Exchange, Azure Active Directory and Windows OS experience

7. Understanding of IT networks and WAN

8. Knowledge of End-Point protection software, phishing scams, and cyber awareness programs

9. Basic level of understanding of data analyses and data representation (PowerBI, SQL, Excel, XML

JSON etc)

10. Excellent communication skills

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. Tier 1 end-user tech support (IT ticketing and support platforms)

2. Use of external knowledge base portals and ticketing systems used to assist in resolving requests or

issues raised.

3. Monitoring and closing off IT tickets, escalating where required.

4. Onboarding and offboarding of staff for all IT and system related platforms including security level

access.

5. Software systems and hardware support including new installations.

6. Systems training as part of onboarding and keeping the staff skills register up to date.

7. SOP design, process mapping and flow diagrams

8. Proactive maintenance and Incident Management

9. Reviewing existing IT processes and driving change in the business to improve existing processes and

become more efficient.

10. Maintaining asset registers.

11. Keeping the IT areas clean, presentable, and a well-organized repository of spare equipment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
