**Job Summary**:
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Costing & Financial Analysis**:

- Maintain and analyze **costing systems** to track company expenses accurately.
- Prepare **cost variance analysis** and recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Conduct **cost audits** to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze **standard costs vs actual costs** and identify discrepancies.

**Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of **annual budgets and financial forecasts**.
- Analyze **budget variances** and provide reports to management for corrective action.
- Support in the development of **pricing strategies** based on cost structures.

**Profitability & Performance Management**:

- Analyze product-wise and department-wise **profitability reports**.
- Implement and monitor **cost control measures** to enhance financial performance.
- Provide insights on **cost efficiency improvement initiatives**.

**Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure adherence to **ICWA/CMA accounting standards and government regulations**.
- Prepare **MIS reports, cost statements, and management reports**.
- Support in **internal and external audits** related to cost accounting.

**Inventory & Asset Management**:

- Monitor **inventory valuation and reconciliation**.
- Conduct periodic **physical stock verification and variance analysis**.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and track depreciation costs.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **cost accounting principles and financial analysis**.
- Proficiency in **ERP systems, SAP, or Tally**.
- Advanced skills in **Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis**.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Must have **ICWA/CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) certification**.
- Minimum **1 year of relevant experience** in cost accounting.
- Experience in **manufacturing, FMCG, or finance industry** preferred.
- Knowledge of **taxation, GST, and compliance reporting** is a plus.
