**General Accounting**: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- **Payroll Processing**: Assist in processing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- **Tax Compliance**: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other applicable tax returns.
- **Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
- **Audit Support**: Assist in both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- **Inventory and Cost Control**: Work closely with the operations team to monitor inventory levels, track expenses, and implement cost control measures.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Ensure all financial data is accurately entered into the accounting software, maintaining updated and organized records.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Support the Finance Manager in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Filing**: Stay up to date with industry regulations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA (Inter) or equivalent is a plus.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.), MS Excel, and other financial tools.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other financial regulations in India.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Detail-Oriented**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and record-keeping.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve accounting issues proactively.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and HR.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
