**IT Administrator**

We are growing E-Commerce company based in Bangalore looking for full time IT Admin who has capability to handle all IT Administration and wants to grow career with us. The Senior IT Administrator oversees the operation of the computer systems, including the installation, updates and maintenance of virtual assistance when needed.
The IT Administrator also provides support to the organizations.

**Roles & Responsibilities: -**
- Installation, deployment, monitoring and maintenance of servers, desktops, laptops, virtual machines, mobile devices, phones, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Identifying potential issues with computer systems and providing technical support to end users including troubleshooting any reported problems.
- Administering Active Directory, domains, users, security groups, group policies, login scripts, remote access policies, network shares, assigning user permissions, managing Exchange mailboxes.
- Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
- Configuration and maintenance of storage and backup devices, and performing routine backups, file restorations and disaster recoveries.
- Management of network security configuration including firewall management and antivirus protection, managing wired and wireless internet connection.
- Managing company’s licenses.
- Participate in research and recommendations for system/process improvements, and modernizations.
- Manage electronic equipment.
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Install network and computer system.
- Maintain, repair and upgrade the operating system including hardware and software.
- Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures
- To assess present network serves, operating systems and security layer
- To upgrade hardware and software programs
- To install and implement effective security systems
- To perform data backup and recovery processes
- To resolve issues with systems and programs.
- Other duties as assigned

**Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field
- At least 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use problem solving techniques such as root cause analysis to resolve issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
