The **Personal Assistant** provides high-level administrative support to **CEO** and contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of administration team. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**:

- Manage CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including conference calls and video conferences.

**Travel Arrangements**:

- Book and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Prepare and submit travel expense reports.

**Communication Management**:

- Maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion.

**Project Support**:

- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.
- Prepare meeting materials and presentations.

**Office Management**:

- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Manage office procedures and workflows.
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs.

**Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent CEO professionally in all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

**Skills**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite**: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**SALARY -20000-25000**

**Working days -Monday to Saturday**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
